1. Registration- All registrations must be completed via the official MIXING18 online platform: mixing18.dryfta.com.
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled without notice.
- Registration fees include conference access, materials, and items listed on the Registration page. Optional events (e.g., Conference Dinner, Excursion) require an additional fee.
- Student registrations require proof of current student status (valid student ID or confirmation letter from your institution) at the time of registration.
- All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Payment- Payment can be made online via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods offered during checkout.
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the delegate.
- Invoices will be issued electronically to the email address provided during registration.
3. Visa Invitation Letters- Visa invitation letters will be issued only after registration and full payment have been completed.
- The letter supports your visa application but does not guarantee visa approval.
- Delegates are responsible for securing their own visa in time for the event. No refunds will be made if a visa is not granted.
| 4. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the MIXING18 Secretariat at info@mixing18.org.
- Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Until 1 June 2026 – Full refund minus €50 administration fee.
- From 2 June to 1 August 2026 – 50% refund.
- From 2 August 2026 – No refund.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 30 days after the conference.
5. Substitutions- You may transfer your registration to another delegate from your organisation at no extra charge until 15 August 2026.
- Name badge changes after this date may not be possible.
6. Event Changes- The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary, without prior notice.
- If the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control (e.g., force majeure), the organisers are not liable for any resulting costs, damages, or expenses incurred by delegates.
7. Privacy & Data Protection- Your personal data will be used only for purposes directly related to the organisation of MIXING18, in accordance with GDPR.
- By registering, you agree to receive conference-related communications by email.
