Exhibition Area

The exhibition is located in the main conference and networking area, close to the scientific sessions and catering. The standard setup includes exhibition space, a table, chairs, electricity and Wi-Fi.

Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a television, demonstration equipment, large materials or require additional power.

Exhibition Schedule

The exhibition will be open from Monday morning until Wednesday afternoon. Delegates can visit the exhibition during all coffee and lunch breaks, between scientific sessions and during the Poster Viewing Session with complimentary drinks on Monday evening.

We recommend keeping your stand staffed during all breaks and networking moments. Setup and dismantling times will be communicated separately.

Sponsor Profile & Registrations

Please provide your company logo, a short company description and your website address for your online sponsor profile.

Complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship package must be completed through the MIXING18 registration system using your sponsor code.

Participant Bags

If you would like to include promotional items or "goodies" in the participant bags, please contact the conference secretariat in advance. Please let us know what the item is, the quantity and the expected delivery date. Items should not be shipped before confirmation has been received.

Before shipping, please send us the courier name, tracking number, expected delivery date and number of boxes. Exhibitors are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or handling charges.
